Damaged, incorrect or defective products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will assist with a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Returns
Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Due to the nature of food and snack products, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless the product is defective or there is a valid quality issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the return or issue has been reviewed.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.
Courier and delivery costs
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will assist with the return or replacement process.
If a return is requested for another reason and approved, the customer may be responsible for return courier costs.
