How do I place an order?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over R750.

What are your shipping options?
Standard shipping is R99 and usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is R149 and usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

Can I collect my order?
Yes. Free pickup is available from our Randburg pickup location. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.

Can I pay by bank deposit?
Yes. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order will be processed once payment reflects or proof of payment has been received.

Can I contact you before ordering?
Yes. You can contact us through the WhatsApp button on the website for product, stock or order questions.

Do you supply tuck shops and retailers?
Yes. Yellovox supplies selected products for customers, tuck shops, retailers and selected stockists

Do you supply both the public and retailers?

Yes. Yellovox supplies both public customers and retail clients.

Public customers can order selected products directly through the website at the listed online prices.

Retailers, tuck shops and selected stockists can contact us for tailored pricing and supply options. Retail pricing may differ depending on product range, order quantities, delivery area and specific requirements.

Can I buy Kaia products directly from this website?

No. Kaia products are not sold directly through the Yellovox online store.

Kaia liquor products are only available through registered and compliant retail outlets that are licensed to sell liquor.

Yellovox assists with product visibility, marketing and retail outlet information where applicable, but alcohol sales must take place through licensed liquor retailers and compliant outlets.
